Walking safaris are the purest form of safari. Walking in Tanzania is completely different to game driving. On foot you are a participant in the world of wildlife rather than a spectator, a thrilling and unbeatable safari experience.

Enjoy an incredible safari flying over the Tanzania National Parks, breathtaking scenery and uninterrupted views on an unforgettable, extraordinary adventure. Allowing you to absorb the magnitude of the size of the park with amazing opportunities for stunning photographic moments.

Boating and canoeing through the rivers, ocean bays and waterways of Tanzania can be an exhilarating experience. River boating can take you past sleeping crocodiles and hippos sunning themselves with their mouths wide open, gathered in half-submerged herds.

ACCOMMODATION TYPES

Lodge safaris are for traveller who wishes to experience Tanzania’s wilderness in comfort and ease. Here you will be greeted with a welcome drink and settle in your room or private tent. Take a shower to wash off the dust and prepare for supper…

Dinner can be a delicious 3-course menu or buffet with a great selection and variety to choose from. At the time of booking please do notify us of any dietary requirements so we can plan it with the lodges. Some lodges are inside the national parks and are unfenced. You will be escorted to your room by an armed guard. On a lodge safari you will stay in room or permanent tent with solid flooring.
